• Standard Occupancy (1–2 Adults): $70 / night

• Extended Occupancy: $80 / night (Applies to parties of 3 or more guests, or stays accommodating children or service animals)

• Security Deposit: $1,000 (Fully refundable, due upon lease execution)

Payment Policies & Methods

• Due Date: Full payment for the lease term and the security deposit must be completed either prior to or at the time of move-in.

• Accepted Methods: We accept payments via cash or personal check.

• Deposit Refunds: Security deposits are refunded via personal check immediately following a successful departure inspection. If you prefer a cash refund, please request this in advance.

• Online Booking Note: We are currently finalizing our integration with furnishedfinder.com to support online bookings. In the interim, all leases and payments will be handled directly with the host. Please review our Booking Policies & Guest Information section for full leasing guidelines.
